Taiga Gymnastics in Lincolnwood
Fall 2026, Taiga Gymnastics will offer cheer, gymnastics, and dance classes twice a week — on Tuesdays and Thursdays — for children in Lincolnwood ages 5–12.

Gymnastics for Kids Ages 5-8
Our youngest groups explore gymnastics through playful movement! Classes help develop balance, coordination, and early acrobatic skills in a fun, encouraging environment. Our training is thoughtfully tailored to each child’s age and individual skill level.
Gymnastics For Kids Ages 9-12
These classes combine the basics of gymnastics with elements of rhythmic and Aesthetic Group Gymnastics. Children train in skill- and age-based groups, focusing on flexibility, teamwork, and flowing movement using hoops, ropes, and balls.
