MiniMovers

Wednesday at 5:00 PM | Ages 3–5
Our MiniMovers class is the perfect introduction to gymnastics for young children. In a playful and supportive setting, little ones develop coordination, balance, and body awareness through fun exercises and games. This class focuses on building confidence and joy of movement—making it an ideal first step into the world of gymnastics.

Dance Gymnastics

Friday at 5:00 PM | Ages 4–6
Dance Gymnastics blends the basics of gymnastics with rhythm, music, and creative expression. Children in this group learn the foundations of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG) through dance-like movement while developing coordination, flexibility, and musicality. During the fall season, the group will also prepare a short performance to share with families.

Junior Jumpers

Friday at 6:00 PM | Ages 5–7
This class offers an energetic mix of gymnastics fundamentals in a supportive, school-like setting. Junior Jumpers learn body control, strength, and coordination through engaging exercises that promote both fitness and self-confidence. Perfect for active kids who love to move, explore, and challenge themselves.

Dance Gymnastics / Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG)

Wednesday at 6:00 PM | Ages 6–8
This group introduces children to the beauty of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics—a sport focusing on teamwork, flow, and expressive movement. Students gain strength, flexibility, and body awareness while experiencing the joy of working together. Parents can look forward to a small showcase in December where the group presents what they’ve learned.

Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG)

Sunday at 2:00 PM | Ages 7–9
Sunday at 3:00 PM | Ages 10–13
These groups provide recreational-level training in AGG, a sport new in Illinois, but the  U.S. and internationally recognized for its elegance and artistry. Children practice skills according to their own level while learning to move as a team. Each season concludes with a presentation for families, so parents can see their child’s progress and creativity come to life.

Flexibility, Body Movements & Acrobatics

Wednesday at 7:00 PM | Ages 8–12
This class is designed to improve mobility, core strength, balance, and acrobatic basics. It’s an excellent option for children who also play other sports—offering valuable cross-training that boosts overall athletic performance. Kids will discover new ways of moving, challenge their flexibility, and have fun building body control.

Adults Gymnastics & Movement

Thursday at 7:00 PM | Adults (18+)
Our adult class brings people together for a fun and effective workout inspired by Aesthetic Group Gymnastics. Sessions focus on balance, strength, and mobility—perfect for improving posture and body awareness at any age. No prior gymnastics experience is required, but those with a background in dance or sports will also enjoy the challenge of new movements. Expect laughter, new skills, and muscles you didn’t know you had!
