Taiga Mini Movers
Our youngest gymnasts are full of curiosity and energy — and MiniMovers is the perfect place for them to explore it safely.
In this class, children develop coordination, confidence, and basic motor skills through running, jumping, and playful movement. We use balls, hoops, and jump ropes to spark joy and creativity.
This class is designed to help children feel confident in their bodies while having fun in a supportive group. Both girls and boys are welcome!
-
Taiga Junior Jumpers
This group is all about learning gymnastics skills while having fun!
Children in this age group are developing speed, focus, and body awareness. We build on gymnastics basics — like handstands, cartwheels (even one-handed), bridges, and flexibility.
Our classes are always joyful, and we encourage progress at each child’s pace. No previous experience is required, and everyone is welcome to join the fun!
-
Taiga Dance Gymnastics
This class is ideal for children who love to dance but are also curious about gymnastics.
We combine rhythm, balance, body movement, and flexibility while using music and small equipment like hoops and jump ropes.
Children learn how to express themselves through movement, improve posture and coordination, and even perform simple routines for their loved ones.
DanceGymnastics also builds the foundation for Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG), offering an artistic yet athletic experience in a friendly environment.
-
Aesthetic Group Gymnastics
AGG (Aesthetic Group Gymnastics) is a beautiful sport that blends movement, teamwork, and expression.
In this class, children explore flowing movement combinations like waves, swings, and balances, set to music and performed together as a group.
It’s a safe and gentle way to experience gymnastics without pressure — no prior experience needed for our recreational level classes.
AGG supports coordination, flexibility, focus, and cooperation — all valuable skills for school, other sports, and everyday life.
-
Taiga Flex & Body
This class supports growing bodies with dynamic flexibility training that complements other sports like dance, cheer, or skating — or works as a stand-alone focus.
We train full-body mobility: legs, back, and shoulders, with exercises that also build strength and body control.
This class is great for children who already have a basic idea of what stretching means and want to improve range of motion in a safe, guided way.
We don’t include games or play here — the focus is on progress and understanding the body’s potential.
-
Taiga Adult Gymnastics
Our adult group offers something unique: movement that feels good, strengthens the body, and brings joy.
You’ll work on explosive power through jumps, learn music-based movement series, develop flexibility, and build core strength — all adapted to your own level.
Balance work and light acrobatics improve body control and support everyday well-being, especially as we age.
And yes — we laugh a lot. This isn’t your average fitness class. It’s a chance to move freely, joyfully, and mindfully.
